Behind the Screen: Selling My Artwork

So, the ZSDQ online store has arrived! And I’m so pleased to finally announce it.

For the last few months, in between producing new artwork, new content, attending events and giving presentations, I’ve been meticulously planning and preparing the launch of my prints. It may seem like a small step, but in reality, this means more to me than anything else I’ve done in a long time. To finally make my art available to my audience is like affirming a relationship, like honouring a trust, and so it deserves only the truest level of commitment.

I sincerely hope this makes my art accessible to anyone who it may bring joy to – and it fills me with happiness to imagine my work on the walls of someone else’s home. During weeks of planning and research, my primary goal has been to ensure my customers receive only the highest quality of product, including my use of premium heavyweight archival paper and guaranteeing flawless colour accuracy. With regards to my range, I’ve decided to start out small – with only five designs to begin with – to focus my full care and attention on the current line before introducing more prints.

Despite the sleepless nights, scratchy screen-strained eyes and tension headaches (a wonderful deja vu of my web design days), I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the process of creating and launching this new adventure and can’t wait for the journey ahead. I hope that my passion and love for my craft, and my respect for you as my audience, is evident in the prints waiting to adorn your space.

Finally, thank you for supporting me. Please join me on Instagram where I stay in touch, keep you updated and of course, maintain a live feed of all my current art.
